IDEAS.

"And you've gotta be true to them, because they're bigger than you first think they are. They're almost like gifts, and even if you don't understand them a hundred per cent, if you're true to them, they'll ring true at different levels. But if you alter them too much they won't even ring; they'll just sort of clank. I really believe it's like the Beach Boys said: 'Be true to your school.' Later on someone might tell you, 'That's a very uncommercial idea', or 'That's going to make a hundred million dollars.' But if you're thinking about that up front, for me you're thinking about the wrong things."

Until Denny gives this guy his money, I won't be able to post any more photographs. Please help him get some money, and also some extra for Johnny, because you know Denny freeloads like cray-cray.

"April is the cruellest month,
breeding lilacs out of the dead land,
mixing dull roots with spring rain.
Winter kept us warm, covering Earth with forgetful snow,
feeding a little life with dried tubers."

Not lilacs but gerbera daisies and some twin peaks on this mid-april evening.

Cash Money Chickens

Greg at the Sugar Shack, March 2011

In other news, I've been really into this podcast called UhhYeahDude. It's a weekly update "of America through the eyes of two American Americans".
Check it out! I often find myself listening to it while on the crosstown bus, on which I don't sit down for fear of scornful looks from women with children.
Something that sucks when you're kind of broke you realize quickly how shitty your diet is, and then when it affects your already low energy level due to lack of income/job it just seems like a triple whammy. Like when you have to budget food money for a week, leafy greens don't seem like they're going to last long enough, but tomato sauce and bread can get you through four or five days.
ANYWHO..listen to this podcast! Then tell other people about my blog that have fistfuls of cash to throw around. What's it gonna take, people? Outfit posts? Fashion trend posts? Or maybe I'll just post work more often. That makes more sense.
